- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings

- Assist with database management and data entry
- Maintain awareness of grants and related deadlines (helpful but not required)
- Support general office operations and provide administrative assistance to staff
- Work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively
- Follow all office procedures and maintain confidentiality
- One year of office or administrative experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Ability to think independently and problem-solve
- Database management experience preferred
- Grant awareness helpful
- Must pass background and drug screening
