Experience in HR Recruiting
Is responsible for managing the recruitment efforts for assigned areas of the Foundation's Talent Acquisition strategy. In addition, the Recruiter coordinates the recruitment process with leaders to identify qualified applicants and hires, ensures consistency and equitability in the recruitment process, meeting all Company objectives and legal guidelines, and maintains effective working relationships with all levels of company management to anticipate talent needs and recommend the most qualified candidates for position. This position delivers high quality talent while guiding hiring managers and candidates through the selection process.
Cultivates relationships with multiple hiring managers and Human Resources Business Partners to serve as the subject matter expert for specialized talent acquisition needs.
Develops an in-depth understanding of the business and candidate qualifications and competencies to fill the needs
Drives and manages the interview and selection process by facilitating the recruitment process, effectively interviewing and evaluation candidates utilizing consistent criteria and evaluative measures
Utilize creative sourcing techniques including but not limited to internet manning, cold calling, community programs, alumni organizations, and referral programs.
Five to seven years of full cycle recruiting experience required in areas of public health and the medical field strongly preferred
Bachelor's degree required
Strong computer skills
Excellent attention to detail
Exceptional customer service focus
Strong sales skills a plus
Understanding of employment law
Strong experience with Social Media, LinkedIn Recruiter, Facebook, Twitter, etc.
