This position performs administrative work in providing support services for the unit and for the office division, by ensuring proper tracking and monitoring of all procurement training activity for more than 500 employees throughout the division. Monitor registration and participation of training programs through learning management system, including that for online, in-house curriculum, conference and webinars.
Assist with conference preparation, including sending registration confirmation emails and preparing attendee packets.
Assist with the development of training materials and managers questions from state agency purchasers on scheduling and training opportunities. Gather information for articles to be included in various publications. Proof al publications and technical documents prior to their release to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Assist with research projects on a variety of subject matters. Maintain contact lists for marketing, training and other purposes. Perform website and intranet reviews for completeness and accuracy.
