Saunders Staffing has an opportunity for a Case Manager to work with youth in the Lewisburg, WV area.
Full time
M-F
Job Skills
Must have a degree in social work and be licensed and in good standing in WV
Has working knowledge of current DMS diagnostic criteria.
Assess and evaluates cases with the required assessments and prepares individualized Plans of Care for each resident.
Assists agency staff members through individual and group conferences in analyzing case problems and determining solutions regarding resident behaviour.
Prepares documentation, reports, forms, etc. for case record and incompliance with Medicaid requirements.
Qualifications
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and or ability requires.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited four year college or university, or one to two years related experience and or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
