Job Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality daily care to residents in a long-term care environment
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
- Monitor and report changes in resident conditions
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow facility policies
- Supporting residents with compassion, dignity, and respect
- Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure optimal care and safety
Qualifications
- Active CNA certification in the state of West Virginia
- Prior experience in long-term care preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Dependability and commitment to quality care
- Ability to pass background and drug screening
