Saunders Staffing is currently seeking a dependable and organized Clerical position to join one of our clients. This position is ideal for someone with strong communication and computer skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment.
Responsibilities:

Answer and direct incoming phone calls

Greet visitors and provide excellent customer service

Perform data entry with accuracy

File and organize documents

Process accounts payable and maintain financial records

Assist with general office and administrative duties

Maintain confidentiality of company information
Qualifications:

Previous office or clerical experience preferred

Strong computer and data entry skills

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities

Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively

Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Accounts payable experience is a plus
