Job Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care environment
- Administer medications and monitor resident responses
- Assist with assessments and documentation as directed by supervising RN or physician
- Maintain accurate medical records in accordance with facility policies
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff
- Ensure safety, comfort, and overall well-being of residents
- Follow all state nursing regulations and facility procedures
Qualifications
- Active LPN license in the state of West Virginia
- Experience in long-term care preferred
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Dependability and professionalism
- Ability to pass background and drug screening
