Saunders Staffing is recruiting for a Resident Care Technician Position. Must have a GED or high school diploma.Experience is preferred but will train.One full time position on 3-11 is open. Also several part time from 3-11 2-3 days a week. Can do mixed shifts.

Job Summary
As a RCTyou will be responsible for assisting residents with their daily living activities, including personal care, medication management, and light housekeeping. You will work closely with our nursing staff to ensure our residents receive the highest quality of care and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct personal care to residents, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Monitor residents' vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff
- Assist with mobility, including transfers and ambulation
- Prepare and serve meals, and help with feeding as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
- Engage residents in social activities and recreational programs
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the healthcare team
Qualifications

- Experience working in a healthcare or senior care setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
- Ability to work well in a team environment
Working Conditions
This is a temporary CNA position based in a residential assisted living facility in California. The schedule may include day, evening, and weekend shifts, and the role requires the ability to stand, walk, and lift residents as needed. A background check and drug screening will be required.
Pay depending on experienceshift is 11pm-7am (Days vary)
