Temp HR Assistant but would need to work a full-time schedule. The assignment will be most, if not all of 2024. Pay Rate: $18.00 an hour. Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Job Summary:Assist employees with all day-to-day Human Resources functions.Responsible for the main front line receptionist duties for department, including answering telephone and greeting employees and visitors.Creates and distributes name badges for all staff, physicians, students, and vendors, and update badge information in payroll, access and timekeeping software for staff.Responsible for maintaining filing on a day-to-day basis.Establishes personnel files for new employees and processes all termination information.Complete information correctly and timely in response to employment verification requests.Utilizes fax machine to send information as directed.Conduct New Hire Employee Orientation biweekly.Provides back up to HR specialist.

Must have one year’s experience or training in human resources. Job Requirements:GED or High School diploma required. Associate’s degree required.Preferred in a Business related fieldMinimum 2 years of clerical experience required. Previous Human Resources experience preferred. Benefit Package:Paid vacation, paid holiday, no fees, paid weekly.
