Position: Equipment Operator

- Operate heavy equipment such as loaders, excavators, off-road trucks, and other machinery as assigned
- Excavate, move, and load materials safely and efficiently
- Perform equipment inspections and report any hazards or maintenance concerns
- Support quarry or industrial site operations as directed by supervisors
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
- Follow all MSHA/OSHA safety guidelines and company safety policies
- Assist with general labor tasks when needed to support daily operations
- Adapt to changing shifts, schedules, and work locations as required
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous heavy equipment operation experience strongly preferred
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work 8–12 hour shifts as needed
- Must pass background and drug screening
- Strong teamwork, communication, and safety awareness
