Saunders Staffing has an opportunity for an administrative assistant in the Belle, WV area.Full time, 8-5Must have a GED or high school diploma, higher education is preferred as well.Temp to perm situation.BenefitsHealthcarePaid holidayPaid weekly direct deposit.
Job dutiesOversee procurement and inventory of office supplies while coordinating essential facility services, including janitorial, vending, printing, and document retention/destruction programs.
• Manage the acquisition and distribution of operational support materials such as permits, tags, placards, and other required documentation for site personnel.
• Coordinate, order, and facilitate delivery or pickup of meals for onsite meetings, trainings, and special events.
• Coordinate community relations and service initiatives on behalf of the organization.
• Assist in maintaining and organizing the site’s documentation database to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and compliance.
• Administer the plant’s equipment and vehicle fleet—including four vehicles and three powered industrial trucks—overseeing inspections, maintenance scheduling, and lease management as needed.
• Maintain comprehensive training records, ensuring compliance with regulatory and corporate requirements. Strong safety awareness
