Job Description
Saunders Staffing has an opening for a sales recruiter in the Beckley area. Must have a GED or high school diploma.Two years' experience of customer service and working on the phone with prospective customers.Hours are 8-3 Mon- Fri. Hours are flexible and on average 20 hours per week.Can be part time or full time.Job DutiesCall prospective customers, and interview recent applicants, through zoom or phone, share information about Saunders Staffing, make appointments for follow-up with branch coordinators and business development staff for further awareness of our services. We have offices in Bluefield, Beckley, Charleston, and Bastian, VA.
Good phone skills, computer skills, email and marketing skills to do email blasts.Attend Chamber events and Expo's with the various chambers we belong to. Attend job fairs.Some travel to area chamber events, all expenses paid.Wage according to experience plus commission
