Saunders Staffing is recruiting for a staff accountant in the accounts payable and invoicing department. Must have experience in accounts payable experience. High school diploma or associate degree and two years experience in accounts payable.Full time, temp to permHours full time 8-5 M-FJob skills AP AR, billing ten key Quickbooks, excel spread sheet.Job dutiesReview invoices, pay invoices, use quickbooks and excel to account for invoices that we paid. Customer service concerning questions about invoices that are set up to be paid. Prepare reports and data entry, balance reports for invoice paid for three different divisions of the corporation.
