Job Description
Provide services, Must have minimum one year experience as a Long Term Care Facility R. Must oversee the work of inexperienced RN's, LPN's and CNA's as assigned.
RN's must participate in Treatment Care Plan not treatment. Team meetings to develop individual treatment care plans, direct consultatiions receive and give recommendations to and from other disciplines to maximize positive behavioral results.
Must administer medications as prescribed by treating physicians.
Must ensure timely documentation into resident's electronic medical records, per the policies and procedures and common practice of the facility, this will be discussed in great detail during the family orientation. Must oversee all medical related emergencies.
Will provide for the emotional and physical comfort and safety of the residents.
Must respond to inquires of family members, advocates, and other interested parties, ensuring adherence to the Confidentiality Laws and the HIPPA Regulations. Must adhere to the mandatory overtime policy and guidelines set by the facility.
