Job Description
The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for patients, visitors, and staff. This role performs a variety of administrative and customer-service tasks requiring professionalism and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities include answering calls, scheduling, managing front-desk operations, and supporting general office functions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and patients upon arrival.
- Answer multi-line phone systems and direct calls appropriately.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
- Process paperwork and ensure proper documentation flow.
- Maintain organized front office and waiting area.
- Provide general administrative support to office staff.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- 1–3 years of customer service or office experience preferred.
- Strong communication and multitasking abilities.
