- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
- Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members.
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions, medications, and post-discharge care.
- Maintain accurate patient records using electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
- Adhere to infection control protocols and other safety standards.
- Respond to medical emergencies and provide basic life support if needed.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN preferred).
- BLS and ACLS certification (or willing to obtain).
