Job Responsibilities
- Provide and oversee quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting
- Conduct assessments, develop care plans, and document resident progress
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as needed
- Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs to ensure coordinated resident care
- Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with facility policies and state regulations
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
- Promote resident safety, dignity, and well-being
Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of West Virginia
- Previous experience in long-term care preferred
- Strong clinical judgment, leadership, and communication skills
- Dependability, professionalism, and commitment to quality care
- Ability to pass background and drug screening
