Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies according to physician orders and nursing protocols
- Monitor patient vital signs, symptoms, and overall health status, and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare providers
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with the latest nursing practices and techniques
Qualifications:
- Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Demonstrated expertise in a range of nursing specialties, as indicated by the "SpecialitiesN-Z - Nursing" skills
- Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
- Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care
