Job Summary:
Saunders Staffing is currently seeking a qualified and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) for opportunities in the Wilmore, KY area. The RN will provide comprehensive nursing care to patients with varying levels of acuity, while ensuring compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards. This role requires strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and clinical procedures
- Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes appropriately
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to coordinate care
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and health maintenance
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records
- Provide leadership and support to nursing staff to ensure quality patient care
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required
- Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
- 2–5 years of clinical nursing experience preferred
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
