Performs related work as required.Examples of Work:Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of security policies, procedures, standards, and guidelinesDocument security controls, configurations, and baselines for IT systems and infrastructure Analyze security threats, vulnerabilities, and risks to IT systems and data through risk assessments and security auditsEvaluate security controls and mechanisms to identify gaps, weaknesses, and areas for improvementPerform regular security assessments, vulnerability scans, and penetration tests to identify and address security vulnerabilities proactivelyRespond to security incidents, breaches, and anomalies by investigating root causes, containing threats, and mitigating impactsConduct security audits and assessments to verify compliance with security controls, policies, and proceduresDevelop risk mitigation strategies, controls, and action plans to address identified security risks and vulnerabilities
